It's a common saying that the strength of a company is its people. That adage is certainly true for Dell Innovation Services (formerly eServ) where the strength and integrity of our people is what sets us apart. We are proud of our engineering services associates, a team full of experience, expertise, and entrepreneurship. With our combined experience and an average of more than 10 years of experience per engineer, Dell has one of the strongest engineering support workforces in the industry. Our engineers also come from a wide range of industries.

In addition, Dell has recruited engineers from many of the finest engineering colleges and universities. Our unique blend of new talent combined with highly savvy, highly experienced engineers has created a culture that is hardworking, productive, innovative, and fun. The new talent energises and excites the more experienced people and the experienced people teach and mentor those new to the field.
