• Provide assembly line support to line expansion project for New Product Introduction

• Identified and investigated root cause of assembly issues and communicated information out to responsible engineering groups
• Balanced assembly process to eliminate any bottleneck operations
• Facilitated development of Process Flow, PFMEA and Control Plan documentation
• Planned and identified tooling and equipment needs for new section of assembly line
• Facilitated Kaizen events to support continuous improvement in assembly process after launch of new product
• Facilitated daily assembly issue resolution meetings and managed resolution of assembly issues
