How does it work?
Dell Innovation Services follows a proven methodology that allows us to integrate with and enhance your design and engineering process. We call this the “Dell Innovation Services Way.” We start by identifying the most effective people and process to complete the tasks. Within 48 hours, Dell Services Engineering Solutions Project Managers schedule the workflow, as well as assign personnel to the project. Work is managed through Parametic Technology Corporation's suite of Windchill™
collaboration and control solutions to support our distributed product development processes.
We also use our proprietary software program called eServOnline, taking advantage of different levels of engineers to perform different functions. More experienced engineers work on the more complex aspects of the project whereas less experienced engineers complete the more routine tasks. The greater the complexity, the greater the cost. Dell Services Engineering Solutions refers to this as “level of service” which translates into an immediate added cost savings over traditional models.
